We charge RS 150 delivery charges for all of our products, Also you can enjoy free delivery if the total order amount exceeds 1500 PKR.

How can I return an item?

If you found any issue in any of our product, kindly reach us out at support@clickstore.pk or our WhatsApp support within 7 Days after delivery, Please don’t forget to share unboxing video with us. Our support team will further assist you for return.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

After how many days, I will receive my refund?

In case any issue is found, our team will start processing your refund. We will contact you and you will have to provide bank/wallet account details in which amount should be refunded. 

This process will not take more than 3 business days . Since you are returning on your own behalf, we will not have any control on the return time period, we will start refund process once we received the parcel. It is good

idea to share return tracking number with us also.
